1. وصف الخدمة

«صكتنا» أداة لتسجيل نقاط لعبة البلوت. تتيح لك تسجيل الصكّات ويدودها، وحساب الأبناط، وتكوين شلّات، ومتابعة ترتيبك وترتيب الشلّة والترتيب العام.

التطبيق لا يوزّع الورق ولا يلعب اللعبة نيابةً عنكم؛ هو قيد لطاولة حقيقية.

2. الحساب

• الصكّة السريعة لا تتطلب حساباً. الحساب مطلوب فقط لحفظ النتائج، أو دخول الشلّات، أو الظهور في الترتيب العام.
• التسجيل يتطلب بريداً إلكترونياً صحيحاً تملكه، ويجب تأكيده برمز من ست خانات.
• أنت مسؤول عن سرّية كلمة مرورك وعن كل نشاط يقع من حسابك. أبلغنا فوراً عند أي استخدام غير مصرّح به.
• يُمنع إنشاء حسابات متعددة بغرض التلاعب بالترتيب أو التقييم.
• لا يجوز مشاركة الحساب أو بيعه أو نقله لشخص آخر.

3. الأهلية

التطبيق مصنّف 4+ ومناسب لجميع الأعمار. إذا كان عمرك دون 18 عاماً، فيجب أن يكون إنشاء الحساب واستخدامه بموافقة ولي أمرك ومسؤوليته.

4. الاستخدام المقبول

توافق على ألا تستخدم الخدمة في أي مما يلي:

• اختيار اسم ظاهر مسيء أو مخالف للآداب العامة أو منتحل لشخصية غيرك.
• التلاعب بالنتائج أو التقييم أو الترتيب، بما في ذلك تسجيل صكّات وهمية أو التنسيق مع لاعبين آخرين لرفع تقييم أحدهم.
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى الخدمة أو إلى حسابات الآخرين، أو اختبار ثغراتها دون إذن كتابي منّا.
• استخدام أدوات آلية أو استخراج البيانات من الخدمة بكميات كبيرة.
• إساءة استخدام مسار البريد الإلكتروني، مثل طلب رموز التحقق بشكل متكرر لإزعاج شخص آخر.
• أي استخدام مخالف للأنظمة السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية أو في بلد إقامتك.

5. المحتوى الذي تُدخله

أنت تحتفظ بملكية ما تُدخله (الاسم الظاهر، أسماء الشلّات، أسماء الضيوف على الطاولة). وتمنحنا ترخيصاً غير حصري لعرض هذا المحتوى داخل الخدمة للاعبين المعنيين — مثل عرض اسمك في ترتيب شلّتك أو في الترتيب العام.

نحتفظ بحق تعديل أو إزالة أي اسم مخالف لهذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق.

6. النتائج والحساب

يطبّق التطبيق قواعد البلوت المتعارف عليها: 16 بنطاً لليد في الحكم و26 في الصن، والتقريب لأعلى عندما يكون باقي القسمة 6 فأكثر، والمشاريع تُضاف قبل القسمة، والمضاعفة تُطبَّق على الأبناط النهائية.

قواعد البلوت تختلف من مجلس إلى مجلس. حساب التطبيق ليس حكماً ملزماً على طاولتك، ولهذا وفّرنا الوضع اليدوي الذي تكتب فيه الرقمين النهائيين مباشرة.

لا نتحمّل أي مسؤولية عن خلاف ينشأ على طاولتك بسبب اختلاف في تفسير القواعد.

7. لا مقامرة

الخدمة أداة تسجيل نقاط لغرض الترفيه فقط. لا تتيح المراهنة ولا تتضمن أي رهان أو جائزة نقدية أو عملة افتراضية ذات قيمة، ولا نسهّل أي معاملة مالية بين اللاعبين. أي استخدام للخدمة في سياق مقامرة مخالف لهذه الشروط ولا نتحمّل مسؤوليته.

8. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق واسمه وشعاره وتصميمه وشيفرته مملوكة لـ App Blender ومحمية بأنظمة الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز نسخها أو تعديلها أو إعادة هندستها أو توزيعها دون إذن كتابي.

لعبة البلوت نفسها تراث شعبي عام وليست محل ادّعاء ملكية من طرفنا.

9. توافر الخدمة

نسعى لإبقاء الخدمة متاحة، لكننا لا نضمن استمراريتها دون انقطاع. قد نُجري صيانة أو نُعدّل مزايا أو نوقف مزايا معيّنة. وإذا قرّرنا إيقاف الخدمة كلياً، سنُخطر المستخدمين المسجّلين قبل ذلك بمدة معقولة وسنتيح تصدير بياناتهم.

10. الإنهاء

يمكنك إنهاء استخدامك في أي وقت بحذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق أو عبر صفحة حذف الحساب.

ويمكننا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه إذا خالفت هذه الشروط، خصوصاً في حالات التلاعب بالترتيب أو إساءة استخدام الخدمة. وسنُبيّن لك السبب ما لم يمنعنا من ذلك مانع نظامي.

11. إخلاء الضمانات

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب توافرها»، دون ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية من أي نوع، بما في ذلك ضمانات الملاءمة لغرض معيّن أو خلوّ الخدمة من الأخطاء أو الانقطاع.

12. حدود المسؤولية

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمّل مسؤولية أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو تبعية أو خاصة، ولا عن فقدان بيانات أو أرباح، ناتجة عن استخدامك للخدمة أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها.

بما أن الخدمة مجانية، فإن مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك محدودة بما دفعته لنا مقابل الخدمة خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة، وهو صفر في الأحوال العادية.

13. التعويض

توافق على تعويضنا عن أي مطالبة من طرف ثالث تنشأ عن استخدامك للخدمة بما يخالف هذه الشروط أو الأنظمة السارية.

14. شروط خاصة بمتجر App Store

• هذه الاتفاقية بينك وبيننا نحن، لا بينك وبين Apple. Apple ليست مسؤولة عن التطبيق ولا عن محتواه.
• Apple ليست ملزمة بتقديم أي دعم أو صيانة للتطبيق؛ الدعم مسؤوليتنا وحدنا.
• في حال عدم مطابقة التطبيق لأي ضمان معمول به، يمكنك إخطار Apple وستعيد إليك ثمن الشراء إن وُجد؛ وبخلاف ذلك لا تتحمّل Apple أي التزام آخر.
• نحن، لا Apple، مسؤولون عن معالجة أي مطالبة تتعلق بالتطبيق، بما في ذلك مطالبات مسؤولية المنتج أو مخالفة الأنظمة أو حماية المستهلك.
• نحن، لا Apple، مسؤولون عن التحقيق في أي ادّعاء بأن التطبيق ينتهك حقوق ملكية فكرية لطرف ثالث والدفاع عنه وتسويته.
• تُعدّ Apple والشركات التابعة لها مستفيدين من الغير من هذه الشروط، ولها حق إنفاذها تجاهك.
• تقرّ بأنك لست في دولة خاضعة لحظر تصدير من حكومة الولايات المتحدة ولست مدرجاً في قوائم الأطراف المحظورة لديها.

15. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، وتختص المحاكم السعودية بأي نزاع ينشأ عنها، دون إخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية يمنحها لك نظام بلد إقامتك.

16. تعديل الشروط

قد نُعدّل هذه الشروط. سنُحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث»، وإذا كان التعديل جوهرياً سنُخطرك داخل التطبيق أو بالبريد. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد سريان التعديل يُعدّ قبولاً به.

1. What the service is

Saketna is a scorekeeper for the card game Baloot. It lets you record games and their rounds, compute points, form groups, and follow your standing in your group and on the global leaderboard.

The app does not deal cards or play the game for you; it keeps score for a real table.

2. Accounts

• A quick game requires no account. An account is needed only to save results, join groups, or appear on a leaderboard.
• Registration requires a valid email address that you own, confirmed with a six-digit code.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings or ratings is prohibited.
• Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.

3. Eligibility

The app is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. If you are under 18, account creation and use must be with the consent and under the responsibility of your parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Choose a display name that is offensive, indecent, or impersonates someone else.
• Manipulate results, ratings or rankings — including recording fake games or coordinating with other players to inflate someone's rating.
• Attempt unauthorised access to the service or to other people's accounts, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Use automated tools or bulk-extract data from the service.
• Abuse the email path, such as repeatedly requesting verification codes to harass someone.
• Do anything unlawful under the laws of Saudi Arabia or of your country of residence.

5. Content you enter

You keep ownership of what you enter (display name, group names, guest names at the table). You grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content inside the service to the players concerned — for example showing your name in your group's standings or on the global leaderboard.

We may edit or remove any name that breaches these terms, without prior notice.

6. Scores and calculations

The app applies the commonly accepted Baloot rules: 16 round points in Hokm and 26 in Sun, rounding up when the remainder is 6 or more, projects added before the division, and the doubling multiplier applied to the final points.

Baloot rules vary from table to table. The app's calculation is not a binding ruling on your table, which is why manual mode exists — you type the two final numbers directly.

We accept no responsibility for a disagreement at your table arising from a difference in how rules are interpreted.

7. No gambling

The service is a scorekeeping tool for entertainment only. It offers no betting, no wagers, no cash prizes and no virtual currency of value, and we facilitate no financial transaction between players. Using the service in a gambling context breaches these terms and is not our responsibility.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its name, logo, design and code belong to App Blender and are protected by intellectual property law. They may not be copied, modified, reverse-engineered or distributed without written permission.

The game of Baloot itself is public folk heritage and we claim no ownership over it.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, change features, or retire them. If we decide to shut the service down entirely, we will give registered users reasonable notice and a way to export their data.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account in the app or through the delete-account page.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, particularly for ranking manipulation or abuse of the service. We will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, nor for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

As the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for the service in the preceding twelve months, which is normally zero.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any third-party claim arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

14. App Store terms

• This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app; support is our responsibility alone.
• If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; beyond that Apple has no other obligation.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal-compliance and consumer-protection claims.
• We, not Apple, are responsible for investigating, defending and settling any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
• You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government prohibited-party list.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.

16. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. We will update the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we will notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
